Package: libdcmtk16 Version: 3.6.7-1 Severity: grave Tags: d-i Justification: renders package unusable X-Debbugs-Cc: sat...@newdev.siduction.org
Dear Maintainer, I have two debian sid computers. Blender stopped working after an update to libdcmtk16 version 3.6.7-1 on one of them. It had a missing library error. "ldd /usr/bin/blender" showed 5 missing libraries that were all in libdcmtk16. "apt-file show libdcmtk16" displayed both so.16 and so.17 versions of the packages. "dpkg -L libdcmtk16" only showed so.17 versions. The blender not found error concerned so.16 files. I went to the other sid install that had the earlier package version "3.6.6-5" and copied its so.16 files onto the broken system and blender now works. -- System Information: Debian Release: bookworm/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (50, 'testing'), (10, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 5.17.6-1-siduction-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_PROPRIETARY_MODULE, TAINT_OOT_MODULE Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages libdcmtk16 depends on: ii libc6 2.33-7 ii libgcc-s1 12.1.0-1 ii libpng16-16 1.6.37-5 ii libssl1.1 1.1.1o-1 ii libstdc++6 12.1.0-1 ii libtiff5 4.3.0-7 ii libwrap0 7.6.q-31 ii libxml2 2.9.14+dfsg-1 ii zlib1g 1:1.2.11.dfsg-4 libdcmtk16 recommends no packages. libdcmtk16 suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
