Dear maintainer,

Your package failed to migrate to testing because some binaries were
built by the uploader instead of on the buildds. I tried to help and
did a no-change source-only upload. However, this package seems to be
complicated because the build succeeded, but the binaries are not
installable [1].

Can you please fix your package and do a source-only upload such that
it can migrate to testing?
