When I try to run a program with gksu, nothing seems to happen. With
debug output I get:

% gksu -d id
xauth: -XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

display: -:0.0-
STARTUP_ID: gksu/id/18323-0-XXXXX_TIME2811350576
gksu_context_run: buf: -Password: -
tmp: XXXXXXXXXXXXX

When I downgrade to 1.9.2-3 it works:

% gksu -d id
xauth: -XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX-
display: -:0.0-
STARTUP_ID: gksu/id/18375-0-XXXXX_TIME2811276848
