severity 374633 important thanks I'm lowering the severity to important because partimage is currently not built for the AMD64 platform, so it should not be a release critical bug. Nonetheless as soon as I have some spare I'll take a look at it. From what I've seen so far, the real problem I think is, that partimage includes system (<sys/types.h>) and kernel header (<asm/types.h>) files, leading to conflicting type declarations. Mixing them is not a good idea
