I use libvirt virt-viewer and virt-manager both personal and at work (where I manage a few dozen of kvm servers), in past I had to do some unofficial builds on internal repository for some fixes and backports, do the future one official builds available for everyone I think would be useful. Anyway I'm busy with many other things on both works (about kvm servers are still on debian 10 for example and haven't had time to update them for now) and out work so i don't know how much I could contribute on libvirt packages.
If I can join the libvirt team even contributing little I'll join
