When I look at resvg upstream, the cairo code seems to have disappeared from 
the repository.

Work in progress debdiff attatched, do with it as you see fit.

Thanks Peter. I have some work in progress packaging of a newer upstream version, but it’s been stuck for some time for lack of time and build dependencies.
