Upstream recently merged a fix for the tests. I'm not sure what their release schedule is; would it be possible to cherry-pick that commit and do an upload of dqlite to unstable? I've got a personal interest in dqlite being available again in testing, as it's one of the (many!) dependencies for packaging LXD.
