Hi, During a rebuild of all packages in sid, your package failed to build on amd64. Relevant part (hopefully): > checking for sys/types.h... yes > checking for unistd.h... yes > checking for sys/time.h... yes > checking absolute name of <H5public.h>... checking for H5public.h... yes > ///usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/hdf5/openmpi/include/H5public.h > configure: error: > This HDF5 version ..7 must not be used with med-fichier4.1.0. > The HDF5 library version used by med-fichier4.y.z MUST NOT be > 1.10 and have > to be at least HDF5-1.10.2. > DO NOT TRY TO COMPILE med-fichier4.1.0 version with an HDF5 library which > would generate an hdf5 file not compliant with HDF5-1.10.z library. > This would BREAK med-fichier compatibility between files with the same > revision number ! > > cd build.python3.9 && tail -v -n \+0 config.log The full build log is available from: http://qa-logs.debian.net/2021/10/23/med-fichier_4.1.0+repack-2_unstable.log A list of current common problems and possible solutions is available at http://wiki.debian.org/qa.debian.org/FTBFS . You're welcome to contribute! If you reassign this bug to another package, please marking it as 'affects'-ing this package. See https://www.debian.org/Bugs/server-control#affects If you fail to reproduce this, please provide a build log and diff it with mine so that we can identify if something relevant changed in the meantime.
