Hmm, scratch that, I didn't realize initially that the bug was already pending upload, so reverted my changes in the repository. I'm probably too tired to upload sensibly this evening. The new version of bamtools with the fix is pending upload already, so I guess it might wait for a good time to coordinate an eventual transission, or just been forgotten.
