I hoped cecil releases so I can upload md 0.11 with the Mono package split transition together, but seems like upstream is unable to coordinate the releases of required libraries. Monodevelop bundles in _binary_ form the required library which is unacceptable, thus we packaged the required dependencies and link against the debian package.
