Ehem, I don't think so... Never touched that file by hand. But I see, it was touched several times by an upgrade. It started 2015-10-16 and was changed by updates 2015-10-22, 2016-07-30, 2016-09-30, 2018-03-10, 2021-08-03 and finally removed 2021-09-25.
