Control: severity -1 normalI just uploaded version 2.3+dfsg-3. This version restricts the postgresql related dependencies to postgresql-13, which makes the package installable on Bullseye.
As discussed by Markus, this however does not solve the problem completely; therefore only the severity is reduced.
