Hi!

I'd like to receive comments on this one, I have already pushed a solution
to salsa that involves not removing the files and noting that on the comment
we echo on postrm so that it now tells you to remove both cache and logs.

I have also explained on the NEWS file that you must have at least -6
version in order to be able to do a purge without loosing your logs and
config.

The config will get automatically removed when it must be (if you purge
squid and squid-openssl) so it shouldn't be removed on postrm anyway, so
that works as expected, also if cache and logs dirs are empty dpkg will
remove them and echo a warning that he could not remove them if they aren't
empty.

Maybe we could do better and try to remove in case we don't have any of our
packages left or similar, but I also thought that logs are important, police
may ask via judges for logs or similar, so preserving them... is a good
thing I believe.

So... what do you guys think?

Should we upload that as -6 or do you want to do it some other way?

Regards...
