Bug#971713: Bug arrived in Testing?

Hi guys,
it seems the bug from insserv now arrived in testing with the tons of repeated 
messages. Any chance for a fix?
Very often repeated:
insserv: Script sysstat has overlapping Default-Start and Default-Stop 
runlevels (2 3 4 5) and (2 3 4 5). This should be fixed.
