Hi,

Seems this upload has been late for two days, so regina-rexx will not
hit bullseye because of soft freeze (see
https://release.debian.org/bullseye/freeze_policy.html#soft),

"Packages that are not in testing will not be allowed to migrate to
testing. This applies to new packages as well as to packages that were
removed from testing (either manually or by auto-removals). Packages
that are not in bullseye at the start of the soft freeze will not be
in the release."

I think I have something close to be ready for migration to debhelper.
¿What do you prefer, a commit to salsa or a patch in the BTS?
