Hi!
Python documentation is written in LaTeX and compiled into HTML with
LaTeX2HTML, which is currently non-free.
It seems that the HTML is shipped pre-built in the source package.
This should be fixed: possible solutions are
* python-doc is moved to contrib and with HTML actually built from
LaTeX source by LaTeX2HTML (non-free Build-Depends:); python would
not be affected by this change, as it only Suggests: python-doc
* python-doc is rebuilt from LaTeX source with a DFSG-free LaTeX->HTML
compiler (TeX4ht? Hevea? I don't particularly like them... other such
tools?)
* some more pressing is exercised to persuade LaTeX2HTML upstream to
hurry up and release a new version in a DFSG-free manner (see
bug #221703 for details on what have already been done in this
respect)
