You recently added an autopkgtest to your package git-revise, great.
However, it fails on armhf and ppc64el. Currently this failure is
blocking the migration to testing [1]. Can you please investigate the
situation and fix it? (I have manually retriggered the failing runs as
in case they are flaky; new autopkgtests are not automatically retried).

I copied some of the output at the bottom of this report. I noticed that
the test uses pip to download packages from the internet. The
ftp-masters have ruled that this is forbidden:
