Thanks, that makes sense.
There are only two surviving rdeps. kannel-sqlbox is not in testing
(it would probably only need a binNMU, except it has an unrelated FTBFS
bug), while golang-gosqlite-dev is due for autoremoval on 2020-12-10 and
has no rdeps. I'll ask the release team to remove golang-gosqlite-dev and
sqlite from testing.
