This will be due to the fact that v20.08 of arm-compute library was accepted on 5th Nov. armnn now needs to be upgraded to 20.08 as well to get a matching API. a 20.08 armnn package is in preparation and should be uploaded in a week or two.
The dependencies should probably be tightened to illustrate the coupling between the APIs on these packages. I will consult with upstream about exactly how this should best be done.
