sdpa was recently rebuilt for the mumps transition, unfortunately the resulting binary packages depend on libmumps-seq-5.3.5 which does not exist. The package is now named libmumps-seq-5.3. It appears the versioning scheme for the mumps binary packages was changed with the first upload of mumps 5.3.4. I have whipped up a patch which changes the dependency generation in sdpa and bumps the build-dependency (so the new depedency generation won't be used with old mumps packages). I have built it and uploaded it to raspbian, no intent to NMU in Debian.
