The released version of astroquery uses some internal structures of astropy, which make it fail with the latest version: https://ci.debian.net/data/autopkgtest/testing/amd64/a/astroquery/7800643/log.gz There is a patch in the upstream Github which handles this: https://github.com/astropy/astroquery/pull/1791 Please consider applying the patch and re-uploading.
