The Maintainer of this package uses the alioth-lists.debian.org domain, which does not exist. This breaks policy §3.3[1] that requires a working e-mail address. You should be using the alioth-lists.debian.net domain instead. After reporting[2] the issue to debian-science-maintainers list, I'm filing this bug as suggested[3] there.
