Justification: renders package unusable
This damages hardware. Hence the 'grave' severity.
Does this mean that the bug does not actually renders the package unusable? If so, is
this a "unusable on my machine" report? If not, on how many machines did you
reproduce it?
Did you verify that the CD spins by feeling vibrations or what?
If the bug reproduces on several machines, do you have an explanation of why a
bug about this wouldn't have been opened in Debian's BTS previously although
the current version was uploaded nearly 3 months ago?
If the bug only reproduces on your machine, is the issue new or you just tried
hal for the first time?
The only fix I have found for this is to uninstall HAL.
Does this mean that stopping hal didn't fix?
