About the archive rebuild: The rebuild was done on EC2 VM instances from
Amazon Web Services, using a clean, minimal and up-to-date chroot. Every
failed build was retried once to eliminate random failures.

I just built and uploaded a new upstream release 0.7.0, on amd64, and
the error could not reproduced. I am assuming that it has been fixed.

(I did accidentally upload a binary version instead of source-only, but
the failed tests reported are also part of the autopkgtest suite, so if
the issue persists, then it should pop up again there).
