Doing this review, it turned out that ITK needed a castxml built with at least llvm 10, so I bumped the version requirement in the build dependencies of castxml 0.3.4-2. This allowed the build to move one step forward, even if it didn't went through. > * an update to ITK 4.13.3. I am now working on this part.
