The zero build fails on armel. It builds on -13, -14 and -15, so maybe it's
just a bad build in the archive which needs a re-bootstrap.
Maybe related to this, the armhf zero build also fails, now disabled for the
packaging.

Someone requeue the package and it has been built successfully. Closing
the bug.
