In rev 6 FS commited "Add gcc-4.1-base hadling" causing this.

I guess it wouldn't be OK to have lib32gcc1 depend on gcc-4.1-base (=
version) just like libgcc1 because that would block gcc from entering
testing without a simultaneous ia32-libs update. Right?

I propose to change the "/usr/share/doc/lib32gc11 -> gcc-4.1-base"
link to a directory and move the contents of gcc-4.1-base into that.
