Please try adding this on top of your Python file, *before* importing
PyQt:

import ctypes
ctypes.CDLL('libGLX_mesa.so.0', ctypes.RTLD_GLOBAL)

Alternatively, run your code with LD_PRELOAD=libGLX_mesa.so.0 environment
variable.
