Bug#961561: gazebo: Build-Depends on cruft package ttf-dejavu-core

As the subject says: src:gazebo has a Build-Depends on ttf-dejavu-core
which is no longer built as of src:fonts-dejavu version 2.37-2.  As a
result, it will only be possible to build on sid using an obsolete
binary package, and it won't be possible at all on testing once
fonts-dejavu 2.37-2 migrates to testing.
