Dear maintainer,
I've prepared an NMU for fontconfig (versioned as 2.13.1-4.2) and
uploaded it to DELAYED/0. (The -4.1 NMU ran into bug #960679 so I need
to do a new upload anyway, figured I'd fix this while at it.)
