Blender recently updated, and will not launch. I receive the error:
OpenColorIO Error: Error: Loading the OCIO profile
'/usr/share/blender/datafiles/colormanagement/config.ocio' failed. The
specified file does not appear to be an OCIO configuration.

I am unable to use blender given this error with OpenColorIO.

Recent fix of #959201 solved this issue.
