Control: reassign -1 src:librime
Control: affects -1 fcitx
Control: tags -1 +confirmed

It's almost certainly caused by the upgrade of libopencc, the ABI of which is
really fragile and thus requires a full rebuild of all reverse dependencies
each time, including librime.

I will be rebuilding the libraries and see whether the problem could be solved
in this way.
