The autopkgtest of sphinxcontrib-bibtex fails, preventing its migration
to testing.
This now seems to have been fixed (i'm guessing sphinx was forced into testing),
the plain testing test, the plain unstable test and the unstable->testing
migration test all seem to be passing.
