Control: tag -1 - moreinfo + |confirmed I can reproduce with autopkgtest [1].
It's still not clear to
me why I can't reproduce in a chroot or Virtulabox. Unfortunately the
workaround proposed by Adam Borowski in #10 doesn't solve the issue, at
least not in autopkgtest ( I'm not able to test in other ways). I'm
going to update the runit package description to clarify that a systemd
user should directly install 'runit-systemd' instead of 'runit'. |||I don't
think I can do more about this on runit side: this is an apt
bug.| Honestly I'm surprised that apt is choosing a recommend that
removes packages when another alternative recommends that does not
require to remove any package exists. I wonder under which condition apt
will choose to install the second alternative recommends if removing
