Mailman 2.1.x is Python 2 only. Upstream has explicitly indicated there will be no effort to port it to Python 3: https://mail.python.org/pipermail/mailman-users/2019-April/084333.html So it seems the time has come to remove Mailman 2 from Debian, and let people migrate to Mailman 3. Cheers, Thijs
