Hello, telepathy-gabble and telepathy-salut are the last 2 reverse dependencies for python-twisted in Debian unstable, and i'd very much like to remove that package soon.
It looks like twisted is only used for tests in both those packages and it looks like they are not being run in d/rules anyway. I'll try update the package to remove the dependency on python-twisted (and all other python2 modules i can). I've just requested access to the telepathy team in salsa, so that i can push my changes there.
