Source: ffc Followup-For: Bug #954150 Control: severity -1 normal The ffc test is not using pip to pull in an external module from outside. pip is just a convenience tool for the test-time building of a generator used by one of the tests, located locally in ${SRC}/lib/ffc-factory (used by test/unit/ufc/finite_element/test_evaluate.py)
So there's no such bug here. However to avoid confusion we can probably use python3 setup.py to build the generator rather than pip. -- System Information: Debian Release: bullseye/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 5.4.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_OOT_MODULE, TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE Locale: LANG=en_AU.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_AU.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_AU:en (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled
