please keep in mind there's nothing wrong in removing the package as-is now and re-introduce it later on when it's been ported to python3. but anyways, ok we'll wait, but i'm gonna keep this bug as RC so that it can be removed from Testing and allow for the removal of its dependencies (if necessary/possible).
