Hi,
The X maintainers decided to drop the libXcursor.la file in the
libXcursor package. When using libtool linking with libFOX-1.4.la
is not possible anymore, as the file refers to the non-existing
libXcursor.la file.
Recompiling fox against unstable fixes the problem.

BinNMUs have been scheduled on all architectures to fix this problem, so
fixed packages should become available in unstable in the next day or so.
No further maintainer action should be required for this bug.
