Upstream fixed this in commit 1ecee9a47717e36cb8a3925d011d1a6de11d631c I applied that commit (minus the changes to the upstream changelog) to the debian package as a quilt patch and was able to get a succesfull build in raspbian bullseye-staging. A debdiff should appear soon at https://debdiffs.raspbian.org/main/libe/libextractor
