libm4ri is in NEW I would guess that the maintainer uploaded libm4ri and libm4rie to the new queue together, but the ftpmasters only released the latter and not the former.
The question I guess is whether it is worth doing a source only upload of libm4rie now, only to have to get it rebuilt again when the ftpmasters get around to releasing libm4ri from NEW
