The binary packages built from the ceph source package were recently removed from mipsel, because the new version of ceph runs out of address space during the build. Your package build-depends on librados-dev and depends on librados2 which are built from the ceph source package. So uwsgi-plugin-rados and uwsgi-infrastructure-plugins are now uninstallable and the uwsgi source package unbuildable on mipsel. The librados-dev build-dependency, the dependency of uwsgi-infrastructure plugins on uwsgi-plugin-rados and the building of the uwsgi-plugin-rados binary package are already architecture-qualified, so this should be a simple case of removing mipsel from the architecture lists.
