It's easy - the file is completely unneeded. At least it is processed
fine without, and I found no usage of any of the commands defined in
html.sty. Since I don't understand the text, I didn't look at the
layout or so.

However, there's an other problem: The header of the problematic file,
tabela-simbolos-doc.tex, says:

%% This file is distributed under the Free Document License (FDL)
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/fdl.html

Unless there is a different license statement somewhere in the LEIAME
files or so, I'd be careful to check what this means. There's no
indication of problematic invariant sections (front-cover texts,
history, etc.). But I fear this just means that the author didn't apply
the GFDL properly, and it is unclear whether or not any secondary
sections in the document are invariant. It would really be better if
upstream read the section "ADDENDUM: How to use this License for your
documents" in the GFDL and acted accordingly.

Regards, Frank
