Source: radare2
Version: 3.2.1+dfsg-5
Severity: serious
Tags: ftbfs
radare2 fails to build from source. A build notably says:
| meson.build:3:0: ERROR: <ExternalProgram 'python3' -> ['/usr/bin/python3']>
is not a valid python or it is missing setuptools
https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/rbuild/unstable/amd64/radare2_3.2.1+dfsg-5.rbuild.log.gz
http://crossqa.debian.net/build/radare2_3.2.1+dfsg-5_armel_20191115204904.log
According to crossqa logs this seems to have started between June 22nd
and August 20th. Presumably something changed about the Python
ecosystem.
I understand that this might be fixed in the NEW upload, but I cannot
check and poking at ftp-master didn't help thus far. Please just close
the bug in case this is already fixed.

I was able to reproduce the issue with 3.2.1+dfsg-5 and confirmed that
it's fixed in 3.9.0+dfsg-1, which was accepted in unstable just now.
Thanks for the report, Helmut.
