I see nothing in the cmake output that looks like an error to me, up until
the exit code, so I'm not sure what to make of this failure.
Please note that ginkgocadx has been removed from testing at some point,
allowing the new insighttoolkit4 + gdcm to transition there, but somehow
this never resulted in an RC bug filed against ginkgocadx.
