Hello Bas, the gdcm warnings are just noise that this difficult to avoid unless one wants to pull in packages that are actually not needed for building (see #826048 for details).
The missing minc-dev is geniue though, but I'll have to wait until the last version clears NEW (the NEW upload was needed to rename the python package) Best, Gert
