Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package fails to upgrade from
'sid' to 'experimental'.
It installed fine in 'sid', then the upgrade to 'experimental' fails
because it tries to overwrite other packages files.

>From the attached log (scroll to the bottom...):

  Preparing to unpack .../archives/mes_0.20-1_amd64.deb ...
  Unpacking mes (0.20-1) ...
  dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/apt/archives/mes_0.20-1_amd64.deb
(--unpack):
   trying to overwrite '/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/crt1.o', which is also in
package libc6-dev:amd64 2.29-3
  dpkg-deb: error: paste subprocess was killed by signal (Broken pipe)
  Errors were encountered while processing:
   /var/cache/apt/archives/mes_0.20-1_amd64.deb

The following files should most likely *not* be shipped by this package:

  usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/crt1.o
  usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.a

cheers,

Andreas
