Package: midori Version: 7.0-2 Severity: grave Justification: causes non-serious data loss
Dear Maintainer, I have some problems with MIME associations (browsers such as midori and epiphany try to download local htm files instead of opening them), and I encountered this bug while solving these problems. I ran mimeopen -d tmpa_crtoef.htm, selected midori and launched it. Same thing happens if I run midori tmpa_crtoef.htm. midori tried to download this file, did not open it, and this file disappeared. I had to copy this file to the current directory and set chattr +i on it to prevent midori from deleting it. Epiphany also tries to download the file instead of opening it, but it remains in place. Please do not delete my files! Thanks. -- System Information: Debian Release: 10.1 APT prefers stable APT policy: (1001, 'stable'), (500, 'stable-updates') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 4.19.0-6-686-pae (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_OOT_MODULE, TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE Locale: LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=ru_RU.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=ru_RU.UTF-8:ru:en_US:en (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: sysvinit (via /sbin/init) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages midori depends on: ii libatk1.0-0 2.30.0-2 ii libc6 2.28-10 ii libcairo-gobject2 1.16.0-4 ii libcairo2 1.16.0-4 ii libgck-1-0 3.28.1-1 ii libgcr-base-3-1 3.28.1-1 ii libgcr-ui-3-1 3.28.1-1 ii libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 2.38.1+dfsg-1 ii libgirepository-1.0-1 1.58.3-2 ii libglib2.0-0 2.58.3-2+deb10u1 ii libgtk-3-0 3.24.5-1 ii libjavascriptcoregtk-4.0-18 2.26.1-3~deb10u1 ii libp11-kit0 0.23.15-2 ii libpango-1.0-0 1.42.4-7~deb10u1 ii libpangocairo-1.0-0 1.42.4-7~deb10u1 ii libpeas-1.0-0 1.22.0-4 ii libsoup2.4-1 2.64.2-2 ii libsqlite3-0 3.27.2-3 ii libwebkit2gtk-4.0-37 2.26.1-3~deb10u1 Versions of packages midori recommends: ii gnome-icon-theme 3.12.0-3 ii gnome-keyring 3.28.2-5 midori suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
