Package: filezilla
Version: 3.39.0-2
Severity: grave
--- Please enter the report below this line. ---
When trying to launch it, nothing happens. When launching from a command
line, it returns:
filezilla: symbol lookup error: filezilla: undefined symbol:
_ZTIN2fz6threadE
Tried to uninstall (and purge) the package and reinstall, but still fails.
Tried the binary (version 3.44.2) downloaded directly from Filezilla
home page (dinamically linked, and links against the libfilezilla file
from debian itself) and works fine.

Version: 0.18.2-2
Distribution: unstable
Urgency: medium

Description:
libfilezilla-dev - build high-performing platform-independent programs
(development)
libfilezilla0 - build high-performing platform-independent programs (runtime
lib)
Closes: 941193
Changes:
libfilezilla (0.18.2-2) unstable; urgency=medium
.
* Break filezilla <= 3.39.0-2, to avoid crashes due to changes in symbol
files (Closes: #941193)
Don't use << of the next version, since 3.39.0-2 is already on stable, and
as simple binNMU will make it work with the current libfilezilla.
