severity 942553 withlist tag 942553 wontfix Hi Thorsten,
these days gpsd's udev rules require systemd. There is no sense in supporting sysvinit anymore without loosing those documented and supported features. Running gpsd in a non-automatic way requires manual configuration and is not supported from me, if you are in the need of that you usually want to run a current git version anyway.
